Plein Aire Monotype

The immediacy of plein aire painting and monotype seldom overlap. Here at Teravana with its incredible environment stretching out beyond the studio door we are going to combine the two. You will take a prepared plate, walk and find your inspiration and create your image. Come back to the studio and print it. Rework the image and continue throughout the day.

The next day you will walk in a different direction and repeat the process. In respect to the location we will be using non-toxic water based materials. Immerse yourself in printmaking and nature and see where it leads you.
